Demystifying Layers in Photoshop
Course Description:
Layers is one of the most powerful parts of Photoshop and one of the least understood. In this hands on class students will be shown how to use layers for non-destructive editing and powerful effects.
Topics for discussion:
* Just what is a "Layer"?
* Cut and paste the easy way
* Masking
* Adjustment layers
* Modes for effect
* Color corrections that make sense
A worksheet will be provided for this 2.5 hour class with tips and tricks included. Class size is limited to the workstations available in the lab so sign up early. Each participant should have a moderate understanding of program to get the most out this class from working in Photoshop.
